I dealPOS, a company that places a premium on staff members’ ability to effectively communicate and share information in order to provide superior service to customers, contracted with Develop.Software to design and build mobile applications for iOS & Android smartphones.
IdealPOS brought in our team of developers and engineers at Develop.Software the opportunity to enhance our skills and knowledge, as the project demands precision and adaptability. Especially, during the process of gathering requirements from the client, we acquired valuable domain knowledge that can enhance our comprehension in the future.
What The Client Required
The objective is to develop a mobile application that facilitates seamless communication and real-time updates between the internal team and external customers. The application must implement real-time data updates to guarantee prompt and accurate information delivery to the users. As this is a customer engagement project for IdealPOS, it is expected that the end-users will perceive the program as a valuable aid.
