WELIO

T he software development engagement model comprises two options: fixed price and ongoing support. Welio is a telemedicine platform that facilitates virtual consultations between doctors and patients through video calls, chat, and messaging. The task at hand encompasses the creation of both the front-end graphical user interface and the back-end logic, which entails seamless integration with diverse mobile platforms and technologies.
               The advantages of mobile application development are manifold. Mobile applications present a prime opportunity for enterprises to directly interact with their clientele, furnishing bespoke encounters, convenience, and ease of access. By leveraging these strategies, our client can optimize brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

What The Client Required

A smartphone app that easily connects physicians and patients for the purposes of two-way communication, data sharing, appointment setting, and healthcare news updates is needed. Hence, this software has been designed to operate as a helpful “personal assistant”.

Furthermore, the client have expressed their requirements for additional real-time functionalities, including but not limited to clinic management privileges; medical examination scheduling capabilities for administrators; direct video conferencing for physicians to promptly provide medical advice to patients; and the ability to store patients’ medical records and medication information within the system for authorized users to access.

The following were the requested features for the Welio application by the client:

Doctor register his account and clinic information;

  • Admin approves the registering Admin manage users;
  • Admin manage clinics;
  • Clinic operators make appointments for doctors and patients via the web app;
  • Doctor make video call patient via the web app. The patient registers a new account on the mobile app. OTP send via SMS;
  • The patient makes a video call with a doctor via a mobile app;
  • Patient chats with the doctor during waiting for the call;
  • Patient send messages (text/picture/video/voice) to the doctor anytime.
  • Calendar management, “provider” management, OTP via SMS for registering, secure video chat, text chat, image upload, e-payment gateway, HIPPA compliant.
